![]() Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction in London (Clapham, South London)Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a program for reducing stress and anxiety which has been widely approved by the international medical community. It teaches greater awareness of our thoughts, feelings and sensations through simple techniques like meditation and gentle movement.In the course you will learn: We have years of experience of meditation practice and a commitment to making the benefits of mindfulness more widely known and experienced. We run classes in London: our current course location in Clapham is easily accessable from central London including the West End, the City, London Bridge and Waterloo; 5 minutes walk from Clapham Common station on the Northern Line. The location is especially convenient from Balham, Battersea, Brixton, Clapham Junction, Streatham, Tooting and Wandsworth.
