Tessa WattTessa is a mindfulness teacher, consultant and coach, running worshops in organisations as well as the 8-week MBSR course. She has been practising meditation for over 15 years, and is an experienced instructor at the
London Shambhala Meditation Centre. She is a fully qualified yoga teacher, trained with the Life Centre in Notting Hill and registered with the British Wheel of Yoga. She has completed the Teacher Development Retreat run by the
Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice, Bangor University. Tessa is a founding director of
Slow Down London, a project encouraging Londoners to challenge the cult of speed and appreciate the world around us. She is a co-teacher on the Mental Health Foundation's 4-week taster on-line mindfulness course, at

Debbie JohnsonDebbie Johnson is a Meditation Instructor at the London Shambhala Meditation Centre; she has completed over twenty retreats and has sixteen years of Mindfulness practice. Debbie is a Licenced Acupuncturist, a Member of the British Acupuncture Council, and she runs her own practice. She has completed the Teacher Development Retreat for Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction with C.M.R.P. at Bangor University.
Ed HalliwellEd is a writer and a mindfulness consultant and coach. He is co-author of
The Mindful Manifesto: How Doing Less And Noticing More Can Help Us Thrive In A Stressed-Out World (Hay House 2010) and also wrote the Mental Health Foundation's Mindfulness report (2010) (executive summary
here). He also writes regularly for the Guardian on meditation, Buddhism, and well-being. Ed is a meditation instructor in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition and has completed the Teacher Development Retreat at the Centre For Mindfulness Research And Practice at Bangor University. As well as teaching mindfulness-based stress reduction group courses, Ed offers offer one-to-one mindfulness coaching to individuals (see
