![]() Workplace workshopsWe offer workshops in organisations designed to help staff cope better with stress and improve wellbeing. The increasingly frantic pace of working life has resulted high levels of anxiety. People often work inefficiently and lose hours every week to unfocussed 'multi-tasking'.How can creating a little more space in our day actually make us more productive, more efficient, more focused, and able to appreciate our lives? The workshops will introduce practical techniques which can help to transform the working day, such as: Workshops are offered in a variety of formats to suit your workplace. They include: Two sessions of 2 hours each. Normally offered with one week between sessions, this gives participants a chance to try out some of the practices on their own between sessions, and to share their experiences. It is an effective way to help embed the techniques within daily life at home and at work. Lasting between 1 hour and 3 hours, this taster session will give participants an overview of mindfulness practice and will teach some of the key techniques. Take a break from the office for a full-day of meditation and mindfulness practices. A chance to settle in to a more restful state of mind and body. This can be conducted at the office or as a staff ‘away-day’ at a location of your choice. Please email us for costs and further information.
