At this challenging time, mindfulness is one of the most helpful skills we can have for handling our anxiety, staying grounded and looking after our state of mind. Much of our mindfulness training is now done online, and feedback has been extremely positive. We can also travel within London and the UK for in-person trainings.

Graduate and beginners drop in sessions / courses / retreats
During these current difficult times we are offering free online practice sessions for beginners and graduates of the 8-week course - see our Graduate Hub page for details.
Periodically we hold courses and retreats designed specifically for people who have completed the 8-week course or equivalent, either with Being Mindful or with another teacher. Beginners and Graduates are welcome at Debbie's sessions on Mondays 7.30am. This is a chance to develop and deepen your experience of mindfulness, and to re-connect with your practice.
