Join us in training the heart and mind through awareness and positively influencing your mental health amongst a supportive group with an experienced teacher. We are currently taking bookings for our mindfulness courses:

Wednesday evenings - Balham

Dates: Jan 8 (Orientation),15, 22, 29; Feb 12, 19, 26; March 4,11.
NB No class Feb 5th.
Session Length: 2hrs 15min
Time: 7:00pm to 9:15pm
Location:St Mark’s Church Hall, 53 Rowfant Road, Balham, SW17 7AP
Cost: £295 (£225 concessions)
All-day retreat included - Saturday 7 March (10:30am-4:30pm) . [Please note that the Saturday retreat will take place in Bermondsey Village Hall - 5mins behind London Bridge Station.]

Courses begin with an orientation session where you can find out more about the course and ask questions. However, please feel free to contact us if you have specific questions before registering.

Graduate all-day retreats

A chance to develop and deepen your experience of mindfulness, and to re-connect with your practice. For anyone who has completed the standard 8-week mindfulness course or equivalent, either with Being Mindful or with another teacher. Please join our graduate mailing list to receive information on future graduate courses and retreats.

Saturday Day Retreats (London Bridge/Bermondsey)
The Bermondsey Village Hall is off Bermondsey High street. In middle of Leathermarket Gardens or off Kirby Grove which is in the green park area between the Tyers Estate, the Kipling Estate and the JMB office (5mins behind London Bridge Station).
