We offer 'graduate' retreat days and occasional 4-week courses for deepening practice and exploring themes in a structured way with a group - see below for upcoming events. Please join our graduate mailing list to receive information on future graduate courses and retreats.
This is for you if you've done a beginner mindfulness course and would like to continue and develop your practice, and connect with others. We welcome anyone who has completed the standard 8-week mindfulness course (MBSR/MBCT) or equivalent, whether with Being Mindful or with another teacher.
Don't worry if you've completely lost touch with your mindfulness practice - this is a good opportunity for a fresh start! It's much easier to establish and continue a practice with the support of a community and teacher.

A chance to refresh and deepen your practice, with the practices of body scan, mindful movement, sitting meditation, mindful walking and more. Nourish yourself with the luxury of a day of stillness and silence. For anyone who has completed the standard 8-week mindfulness course or equivalent, with us or another teacher. Please bring a packed lunch and wear comfortable clothes.
