Don't worry if you've lost touch with your mindfulness practice - this is a good time for a fresh start! It's much easier to establish and continue a practice with the support of a community and teacher.
We invite you to join us for free online morning practice sessions aimed at Being Mindful beginners and graduates (Monday) and graduates (Friday) who have completed the standard 8-week mindfulness course (MBSR/MBCT) or equivalent, whether with Being Mindful or another teacher.
Mondays 8am-8:50 - monthly (first Monday of the month) with Debbie - via Zoom
Fridays 9 am - weekly with Tessa - via Zoom
