Don't worry if you've lost touch with your mindfulness practice - this is a good time for a fresh start! It's much easier to establish and continue a practice with the support of a community and teacher.
We invite you to join us for free online morning practice sessions (30 mins) aimed at Being Mindful graduates and others who have completed the standard 8-week mindfulness course (MBSR/MBCT) or equivalent, whether with Being Mindful or another teacher.
Tuesdays 7:30 am - with Debbie - via Zoom
Fridays 9 am - with Tessa - via Zoom (summer break after 17 July, returns 28 August)

A chance to refresh and deepen your practice, with the practices of body scan, mindful movement, sitting meditation, mindful walking and more. Nourish yourself with a day of stillness and silence. This retreat day is part of the 8-week course - graduates are welcome to join.

Retreat practice can work surprisingly well via Zoom, and you can come in and out if need be, according to your household situation.
